CAC’s priority is client satisfaction. CAC policy is to remove materials such that the source site is development-ready with minimal ground disturbance. CAC’s site cleaning services includes demolition and transportation of any waste materials in order to return the site to a debris-free state. CAC provides a scrap metal rebate for any ferrous and non-ferrous scrap on site as well as asset recovery services through our network of industrial buyers. CAC does not do soil remediation.
CAC is actively qualified under the Alberta Certificate of Recognition (COR safety) and RIOS (Recycling Industry Operating Standards). CAC endeavours to meet or exceed industry standards and maintains membership in good standing with the following: ISRI (Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc); PICS (safety auditing); CQN (the Contractor Qualification Network); ISNetworld; and ComplyWorks.
For each project, CAC develops and hold a project-specific safety meeting to identify any potential hazards unique to the job. While on a client’s site, CAC will complies with all safety procedures and policies set out by the client and otherwise follows CAC’s comprehensive internal safety programme.
CAC has done numerous site cleanups for some of Western Canada’s largest industrial clients. No matter the size or complexity of the project, with experienced operators and specialized material handling equipment, CAC has delivered superior service and quality.
